Come join us for the 15th anniversary of the Greater Hartford Multi-Faith Prayer Breakfast in our prayer for the City of Hartford and for the World!  

Theme:             United in Prayer: Everyone! Healing the Heart of Hartford

Keynote  Speaker:  The Rev. Dr. Shelley D. Best.  Dr. Best serves as President & CEO of The Conference of Churches in Hartford, has served as Assistant Director of the Black Ministries Program at Hartford Seminary and has served as Assistant Regional Director at the CT Department of Children & Families.
Muslim Representation at the event:
Imam Refai Arefin will be doing the Adhan/Call to Prayer
Rebecca Minor will be offering a dua/supplication from the Muslim Tradition.

Youth Activity for the Greater Hartford Prayer Breakfast

Children from the Greater Hartford community from all different faiths were asked to illustrate what their faith looks like! Here some of the Muslim entries. These
pieces of Art will be used to decorate the tables at the Greater Hartford Prayer Breakfast on Thursday November 8, 2012. Thank you to all the young artists who did such a marvelous job! Click "Fullscreen" above each drawing to view artist's name and age. Drawings included pillars of faith and important symbols and messages including, "Prayer is better than watching TV"!! see below.
